We have had a great time exploring Six Flags Fiesta Texas. We bought our annual passes in February and got a great deal on the gold pass. This pass comes with free parking, no blackout days and even a few days when you can bring a friend for free! Compare memberships here: https://www.sixflags.com/fiestatexas/store/season-passes
They were also running a special on dining plans. We bought one premium plan and one basic plan. It’s really worth it to shop the dining plan options and sign up for e-mails. We saved close to $100 by purchasing it when we did, so keep an eye out for that, and compare dining plans here: https://www.sixflags.com/fiestatexas/store/season-dining-pass-sale
The best part about the premium dining plan is the drink cup that comes with free refills all year! It can get pretty hot in the summer in San Antonio and you will be amazed how fast you can drink one of those bottles. They even have Dasani water at the fancy coke machines that you can choose to add flavors to.
You’ll want to get the app and look at the map to see just how many places you can stop for a meal or snack.
My husband’s favorite is the cheese bread. For a lunch or dinner credit you can stop at Primo’s Pizzeria and get this slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza and cheese bread, for a snack credit you can get more cheese bread!
You can also get pizza with a side of fries at Sangerfest.
Sangerfest is a castle/foodcourt that looks like a dining hall in a real castle. They offer a variety of options including these nachos, which we order with the chili on the side.
if you order these nachos with no chili, just cheese, it’s only a snack credit!
The menus at Sangerfest look like this. The “M” means you can use a meal credit to buy it. The “S” means you can use a snack credit.
You can also use a snack credit to get dessert, when it’s hot out the kids like to get icees. But my favorite is the funnel cake with loads of powdered sugar, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup. You can get it right across from the pizza place at Reggie’s.
Another favorite thing is the popcorn. If you decide that you need this super cool Batman popcorn bucket, also think about getting another drink cup with it.
You save $10 if you buy them together. There are a lot of great popcorn stands that will fill your bucket for free!! But our favorite stand is the lemonade stand near Taz’s tornado. Show them your bucket and they’ll give you popcorn in a bag, that way you can poor half in the bucket and give the bag to another child, or take some home for later.
I also really like the burger and fries and onion rings from Johnny Rockets. The chicken strip basket is also great. Very filling. Don’t know why I keep forgetting to take a pic. They also have a great milkshake that is a $6.99 value included free as a snack credit.
Stop off near the La Vista Pavilion when you enter the park to pick up this brochure with all the meal and snack info so you can refer back to it.
